On October 3rd, we headed back to WSU for a final (hopefully) fungal treatment.
Brodie
had a slight infection at the surgical site and a nasty hot spot where the
cone was rubbing his neck.
On October 4th, another infusion of Clotrimazole was performed
and the tubes were taken out of his sinus.
Brodie was under anesthesia
this time for about 2-1/2 hours.
Here is Brodie with Dr. Gokhale. He is one of the vets that helped save Brodie's life.
Brodie with 4th year student, Laura
Brodie is now officially a WSU Coug!
I had this image imprinted on a large mug for the Doctors and Students who were so kind to Brodie.
I want to thank them all for surely saving Brodie's life and for being so wonderful to us.
